What this tool does

It helps content teams move from idea to publish-ready assets with fewer manual handoffs.

The tool combines keyword research, topic intake, brand guardrails, AI-assisted writing, SEO optimization, image planning, and social post generation into one repeatable workflow.

Who it is for

SEO teams, content marketers, agencies, founders, and client-facing teams that need structured content creation for multiple brands.

The problem it solves

It reduces scattered research, inconsistent briefs, manual spreadsheet updates, and unclear output history by keeping the process inside one dashboard.

The main result

Users get final Word documents for the article and social posts, plus saved Markdown, JSON, images, and run logs for review and future reference.

How it works

A clear 5-part user workflow backed by a 6-step generation pipeline.

Users can begin with keyword research or go straight to content creation when a topic is already available.

Admin and client users sign in. The dashboard only shows brands the user can access.

Choose a module

Select Keyword Research, Content Creation, Edit Excel, View Output, or payment actions from the brand card.

Enter inputs

Add domain, topic, country, tone, competitor domains, author link, special insights, and “don’ts”.

Run the pipeline

The backend performs SERP research, draft generation, tone rewrite, SEO optimization, image planning, V4 assembly, and social posts.

Download outputs

Use the output browser to find final V4 article DOCX, social DOCX, generated images, logs, and intermediate versions.

Main features

Built around the real modules in the Blog Content app.

These feature cards are based on the current server routes, UI templates, prompts, and sample output folders.

01

Master Dashboard

Brand cards show available modules, payment status, and links for content creation, keyword research, Excel editing, and output browsing.

02

Role-based access

Admin users can access all brands; client users only see brands assigned to them in the users configuration.

03

Keyword research

Users enter domain, seed topic, and country. The tool checks domain strength, keyword difficulty, MSV, and clusters topic opportunities.

04

Topic Excel workflow

Content inputs are saved to brand Excel files with Status, Slug, OutputFolder, domain, competitors, insights, author, and restricted phrases.

05

6-step content pipeline

The backend runs Perplexity SERP brief, V1 draft, V2 tone rewrite, V3 SEO pass, V4 image-enhanced content, and social posts.

06

SEO-ready outputs

The SEO stage adds table of contents, heading tags, meta title, meta description, schema JSON, LSI terms, PAA questions, and anchor suggestions.

07

Image planning

The tool derives up to four image slots and stores prompts, titles, suggested placements, and generated images inside the V4 output folder.

08

Output browser

Users browse output folders in a clean card grid. Client users are shown the final article and social Word files inside topic folders.

09

Payment gates

Optional Stripe/fake checkout routes can gate keyword research and content creation by brand, while admins can bypass client payment gates.

UI snapshots / product walkthrough

Mock snapshots recreated from the existing templates and inline server UI.

These previews are drawn with HTML and CSS so this page remains standalone. Replace any mock preview with a real screenshot later by inserting an image in the same card.

Why this tool is useful

It makes content production more repeatable, structured, and reviewable.

Saves time before writing starts

Keyword research, topic clustering, and SERP-aware briefs reduce the time spent collecting inputs and deciding what to write.

Creates a consistent process

Every topic moves through the same defined stages, from research and draft to SEO pass, images, final document, and social posts.

Helps identify better opportunities

Domain strength, keyword difficulty, MSV, and clustering help users choose topics that match the brand’s ability to compete.

Gives actionable deliverables

Users leave with Word files, social copy, SEO metadata, image ideas, and saved history rather than a loose chat transcript.
